FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Concept Schools integrate financial management in four main areas: (a) capital campaign, (b) grant writing, (c) audit preparation, and (d) fund raising.

Capital Campaign

Every progressive and growing organization runs a major capital campaign. The project of the campaign reflects the mission and refers to the major future goals and needs of the organization to realize this mission. Your expectations set the limit for capital campaigns. Most of the progressive organizations have found ways of achieving their expectations through capital campaigns.

Concept Schools guides and assists you to identify the capital campaign goals. Our experts also guide and help you how to run a successful capital campaign. The guidance you will get will inform you about all “do’s” and “don’ts” (strategies) before and during the campaign. The assistance will be in the form of having your campaign reaching out to the right givers. A designated capital campaign expert will help you go through the process.

Grant Writing

Schools across the United States are in need of extra resources to revitalize themselves to meet ever diversified and increased student needs. Meeting the needs of students in most cases requires expert services in (a) identifying the needs, (b) implementing innovative programs in meeting these needs, and
(c) evaluating the results.

Effective Fundraising Strategies

Fundraising activities are the most common ways of generating revenues in schools. In most cases, fund raising is run for creating ownership and group spirit rather than monetary gains. This is sometimes is just because the monetary gains are very marginal. Concept Schools help to realize both monetary and secondary goals of fund raising.

A successful fund raising campaign may also alleviate the extra burden from already overwhelmed teachers and parents. Our experts develop a fund raising activities calendar for the school year. Semi-annual or quarterly evaluations will let you if the fundraising campaign is working.
There are many alternative fund raising activities you may choose from. Developing sense of ownership is always a focus in additions to generating money in our fund raising campaigns. Large-scale fund raising campaigns are designed and run by our experts.

Please contact our fund raising activities representative to get detailed information about our effective fund raising activities, which may better fit your needs. The following are some of the fund raising activities we coordinate:

  • Walkathon
  • Dress Down Day / Pajama Day
  • Pizza Day
  • Hot Dog Day
