In February, the entire school cheered on HSA Southwest's basketball team. They are the number one basketball team in their conference, the Chicago Public League.
"This year has been our most successful year," said Coach Bryant. "We are 23 and 7; we won the city championship against all odds."
The next steps for the HSA Southwest Huskies are the regional conferences.
